American screenwriter and producer, best remembered for The Twilight Zone. In a 1993 article it mentioned "Underheight and underweight, Serling enlisted immediately. He was only 5 feet 4 inches tall - he wore lifts in his shoes all of his life - and weighed barely 120 pounds.".
